Billing
Plans, usage, and managing your subscription
Valise offers three plans: Free, Pro, and Studio. You can compare them on the pricing page. Plans are per-vault — each vault you own has its own subscription, usage, and invoices, all visible under Settings → Billing.
Usage
The Billing page shows how much of your vault’s plan allowances you’ve used across a few categories:
- Artworks: the number of artworks in your vault
- Collections: the number of collections you’ve created
- Presentations: the number of presentations you’ve recorded
- Members: the number of people with access to your vault
- Storage: the total size of files you’ve uploaded (images and documents)
If you’re approaching a limit, you’ll see it reflected here.
Upgrading your plan
To upgrade, go to Settings → Billing and press Upgrade plan. You’ll be taken to the plans page where you can choose between monthly and yearly billing. After selecting a plan, you’ll be taken to Stripe’s checkout to enter your payment details.
Managing your subscription
Once you’re on a paid plan, press Manage billing on the Billing page to open the Stripe billing portal. From there you can:
- Update your payment method
- View and download past invoices
- Cancel your subscription
If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. A Renew plan option will appear on the Billing page if you want to reactivate before it expires.
