A guide to onboarding to Valise
Valise is a tool for artists to track and manage their artwork inventory.
Valise is currently in beta. If you would like to be notified when Valise is publicly available, sign up for the waitlist on our homepage or get in touch.
Once you’re in, it helps to start with a few things:

Add your first few artworks. You can use the “add artwork” button in the top right of the screen. Read more about this here.

Make your first collection. Collections let you group artworks and share them with galleries, collectors, or other collaborators. You can use the “add collection“ button in the top right of the screen. Read more about this here.

Invite others. Valise supports multiple users, so you can invite your studio assistant or others who help you with record-keeping. Read more about this here.
